It combines a wide variety of punches, kicks, knees and elbows, and body conditioning in a one-hour cardiovascular, resistance, bag and interval training workout. This fat-burning, muscle-building class focuses more on conditioning and less on contact.

Muay Thai is the root of all modern kickboxing. It is a no-nonsense martial arts form which utilizes kicks, punches and knee and elbow strikes. Muay Thai is a great way to get and stay healthy, reduce and manage stress, assist in weight loss goals, increase overall fitness and/or learn to fight competitively. During training you will often work with a partner, hold and strike pads and use a heavy bag for practice. Our trainers will instruct you on various punches, kicks, and elbow and knee strikes. They provide you an opportunity to practice as they offer support and guidance while you learn to build and drill combinations in a safe and controlled environment. Gloves and shin guards are required for class.
